A she friend, that has come from Europe recently,
narrates unpretentious of banal comparisons, that on the streets and
wide freeways of the countries she visited, the road and social
discipline is such that not even a horn is heard. There are not noisy
trucks or motorcycles, aloud conversation or a laughter. In her case the
nostalgia was so particular that she missed the noisy rehearsals in
previous days to the carnival.
In daily walking by this city one find people that
narrate the irregularities that affect the community. In many cases the
solution depends on the will of our fellows, of his or her education, as
well as of their capacity to live in society or of another factor, the
people's culture.
First example: One sometimes has to travel behind a
vehicle that produces a smoky atmosphere, so it is nesessary to stop the
car to avoid the situation.
Second example: The drivers park the cars without
turning off the motor during several minutes that seem hours.
In order to protect the environment from polluting gases the state must
prohibit the circulation of means of transpaortation that damage our
breathing.
The air we breathe must also be more protected by
those who smoke in public places, which means respect for the other
people's life and the own one.
