Something positive is that most of the repairs are assumed by the collective at the base itself, only the reconstructions of trucks and trailers fall on other dependencies of the sugar sector and to date, 12 of the 33 vehicles in the park were reported ready.
In addition to bringing this strategy to the letter, the manager considers the inventive in the workshop essential to create a fund of pieces destined to face daily breakages, which allows to reduce the time for troubleshooting.
It turns out that this entity has the responsibility to transfer, in time of harvest, more than 90% of the cane, in addition to bagasse and cachaza. All with mostly obsolete technology, deteriorated by time and work. Any breakage of these cars during milling, may involve high rates of consumption in parts, labor, fuel, in addition to the effects on performance for lost time, or the stoppage of the plant due to the absence of raw material.
That is why, in these days in which the harvest is prepared, the enlistment of Tranzmec vehicles plays a leading role in repairing, the cane transport park and leaving it ready for the fight.
