Villagers
of
Guayabal,
coastal
community
in the
municipality
of
Amancio,
located
south of
Las
Tunas
eastern
province,
receive
a new
tone
when
they
answer
at their
phones,
as
result a
new
digital
plant in
that
town.
The
realization
of this
dream,
supported
by the
efforts
of
several
agencies,
under
the
rectory
of the
Telecommunications
Company
of Cuba
(ETECSA),
allows
local
people
to use a
new rate
with
constant
access
to
various
services.
Among
the most
popular
are the
use of
prepaid
cards,
the
mixed
rate
with
possibility
to
establish
national
or
international
calls,
with
other
supplementary
services,
such as
the
so-called
Three-Way
Calls
and Call
Waiting.
ETECSA
managers
in Las
Tunas
also
informed
Tiempo21
on the
various
measures
they are
taking
in their
locations
and in
their
work
with the
customers,
in order
to
optimize
materials
and to
save
resources
without
compromising
the
essence
of their
daily
management.
Hence
they
established
to add
monthly
the
provided
information
to the
total
cost of
the
national
and
international
calls
made to
a same
phone
number.
Moreover,
they
inform
the
clients
on the
details
of their
services,
which
can be
obtained
more
personalized
through
the
numbers
112 and
118 and
in all
the
commercial
offices
of
ETECSA
in the
country.
