eastern province of Las Tunas successfully completed the fourth stage of the scientific forum of that entity, an excellent moment to expose what their men and women are seeking as alternatives to strengthen their management in times of economic crisis and, therefore, logical material shortages.
In the province the event counted on more than 200 papers and selected the best 54 papers in five committees that advocated for the mainstreaming of experiences into the practice and to recognize the municipality of Puerto Padre, as prominent in the stage, as well as the departments of Network Operations, Information Technology, Development, and Logistics and Service team.
The forum was also valid to show the commitment of those innovative workers who are always ready to provide good service. The workers of ETECSA are committed to go out searching with various inventions in order to save considerable sums of money to the country.
Therefore, promoting the realization of new experiences and work together to validate the findings are among the strategies that mark the path of these men, determined to improve their service in this Caribbean country.
The balance of the provincial edition of the event was as follows: relevant papers 22, 18 outstanding and 10 fair, figures that confirm that Las Tunas is not only growing in the number of papers, but in the quality that increases every year.
The National Forum on Science and Technology is an experience that began in Cuba in 1981 thanks to the futuristic vision of Fidel Castro and although in its early years focused on the recovery of spare parts, and has been extended to various sectors of the economy and the society in the country, it is a valuable way of saving and diversification.
